Natural Bathroom Cleaner Recipes

With my Natural Bathroom Cleaner Recipes, you can replace all those cans and bottles of toxic and stinky disinfectant sprays and scrubs with just 3 recipes.  These all-natural recipes disinfect surfaces and won’t drive you out of the bathroom due to their overpowering scent.  They also won’t send you to the emergency room if you combine one or more products.

Disinfecting Spray – Goodbye Lysol

This recipe for disinfecting spray uses essential oils to create a disinfectant for your shower floor, on the seat of your toilet, etc.  It really works and I love it more than I used to love my Lysol.  See my notes on essential oils in my Natural Cleaning Recipes post

Disinfecting Spray

Combine in a glass spray bottle.  Be sure to shake well before using.

No-Scratch Scrub – Goodbye Soft Scrub

Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Store in tightly closed glass container.  If mixture is crumbly, add a drop of water at a time to bring to the correct consistency.  Adding water also works great if the mixture dries out before you use it up.  I use this scrub with my silver impregnated cleaning cloths in my Natural Cleaning Recipes post.

Natural and SAFE Toilet  Bowl Cleaning

Sprinkle baking soda around bowl above water line.  Drizzle in vinegar.  This mixture makes the baking soda fizz and makes me think of chemistry experiments in college.  Drop in the essential oils and let set for 10 – 15 minutes before brushing out as usual.

Hope you enjoy how good you will feel using these Natural Bathroom Cleaner Recipes! You can also add tea tree essential oil to the all-purpose spray found in my post Natural Cleaning Recipes for General Household .
